Like the government run very poorly. A lot of Liz truss working there, would be better if lettuces replaced them, was a really good place to work unfortunately they go for quantity over quality these days to make profits. Made massive profits over the pandemic if you go in factory you can see how cheap and poor stuff is made. Also they was telling staff to vote against Brexit to make them big profits. The nightshift got made redundant and many loyal staff that had bin there years have left in the last 4/5 months Because like Liz truss they dont listen to people so I can see the company going the same as Liz truss the lettuce

Not a place to work if you want to enjoy your work. Way to many SNOWFLAKES, who have a melt down when you have a practical joke with them. Management are a joke, with the exemption of ONE. Treated the workforce like we was HUMANS and not PRISONERS
