Great place for traditional fire places

We purchased a clearview vision 500 from Oak & Ash and they were very helpful along the way. The prices matched the 2022 price list from the manufacturer exactly and, despite there being a backlog from the manufacturer, there was great communication throughout with regards to the delivery of our order. It was delivered within the expected time window and also thanks for their recommendation of The Chimney Co in Leicestershire who did a great job on installation. Thank you Caroline and Kate.

An amazing shop for all things fire related. Set in a very quaint building to start with and many fires set out in amazing fireplaces which allows for seeing the look and style if it could be recreated. It is the kind of place you walk into and feel cosy with beautiful unusual objects around you and are happy to sit back in opulence surrounded by cosy warmth. Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about all aspects of fires to surrounds, hearth stone to decorative bricks and mantle styles. There are amazing candle holders, every kind of wood basket and holders, companion sets, coal skuttles, rugs, woolen throws and fireplace or mantle decoration.

Katie was extremely helpful with helping us choose the right fireplace for our home development project. She helped us with finding the right measurements and type of stove for our project which saved us a lot of time and hassle. On top of that, the quality of the stove is amazing and we are so glad we chose these guys!
