If I could give 10 starts I would! I cannot praise the team at Carter Oliver enough. From viewing my dream property with Carolyn, to my hand being held throughout the whole process by Sarah and receiving the keys on handover day, Carter Oliver were everything and more that I could have asked for from an Estate Agent. I didn't have the easiest chain above me.... to say the least! However Carolyn and Sarah showed nothing but grit and tenacity to make sure that my purchase went through. Super efficient, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would absolutely recommend using Carter Oliver above all agents, simply second to none!

Buying a property in a time where houses were so in demand left me anxious however Sarah, Carolyn and the whole Carter Oliver team made me feel so at ease. Not only did they make the whole process feel special and personalised, their regular updates let me know that I hadnt been forgotten. Could not recommend Carter Oliver more - thank you so much!

Booked a viewing for 3pm today, no one showed up so we gave them a call and were told it hasn't been booked into the diary and that they have had a cash offer so we probably wouldn't of got it anyway, but they proceeded to try and book the viewing again. Very inconvenient as we travelled from Birmingham with our 11 week old daughter for just the one viewing.
