I dont tend to leave many reviews but feel I have to give credit where its due, Francis and the team gave me an amazing service from start to finish, I have used numerous companies throughout the past few years but this was my time using Headleys and the process was absolutely seamless, I found the App very good and informative with live updates making the whole purchase stress free, Francis I cant recommend you enough, Ill definitely be contacting Headleys on my next project,

Ive just completed on the sale of a property & Headleys were brilliant to work with, I can highly recommend them. I worked with Francis & Emma from the Lutterworth office & they were very efficient, helpful, friendly & got everything sorted in a very short period of time. Thank you for all your hard work!

I had used Headleys for a house purchase and they were unlike any solicitor I had used before. HOWEVER, I have used just them to purchase a plot of land and the purchase was dealt with by Francis Lloyd-Cummings....by far the best solicitor I have ever worked with. His communication throughout the process was excellent. He emails back within an hour (un-heard of!). I would definitely recommend using Francis for your next property purchase, you will not regret it.

The absolute worst solicitors ever - STAY CLEAR. Ignored every e-mail i sent, asked us to pay, then told us they'd made a mistake and we need to pay 10k more, then told us they made another mistake and that we need to pay 1000 more, worst decision ever. Kevin was utterly useless.

Unfortunately you have no choice to award no stars. Absolute charlatans without a shred of integrity or decency. They took a deposit and did nothing for the last year and a half for the most basic of conveyancing jobs. When we asked for the deposit back they presented an erronious bill for even more money and refused to return the paperwork so we could proceed with another solicitor. To date, they have still not returned the paperwork despite an official complaint which we'll be raising with various governing bodies which is again more time they have wasted. DO NOT USE AT ANY COST.
