Possibly the friendliest gym/club in the area. All levels of fitness catered for. Its certainly not your standard gym - made to feel welcome and always someone on hand to guide you.

Stu is a fantastic trainer and is very knowledgeable. He helps you understand your body without preaching to you and is always happy to answer questions. During my time at the Gym, not only did I feel more physically fit but it also helps with your mental well-being. 100% recommend
