I sent pictures and had no response.
I rang the company and spoke to someone who took my number and said that someone would call.
No one did. I sent another email no reply
Customer service is non existant they obviously just want your money and dont care about customers
Do not use this company AVOID !!!!!!!

Further to your reply 15.12.22 denying all knowledge.
SEC - When a customer spends many thousands on 3 NEW REM units and 5 NEW electric Backwashes and you send out defective and damaged goods that keep breaking down, you should refund or repair properly. You took an order for top of the range REM Oasis units, you delivered the wrong spec and never sent 800 instead of repair, (presumably REM gave to SEC, which SEC also kept?)
As proof, here is SEC's last letter, detailing their skewed "defence" but you can see through it, what we were put through. Repair after repair for 3 years - For NEW salon furniture! Then left with nothing as it all broke beyond repair.

Thank you for your reply email on 19th August.
As previously stated, we are not able to continue repairing the back wash units after so much time has elapsed. The offer of 800 compensation for the REM units you refer to was made over two years ago, received no response and has long since expired.
We are more than willing to help you by offering discount on new REM replacements or, if you are happy to go without massage facility, you are welcome to choose one of our back wash models which we would be happy to supply at a discounted price.
Can I bring your attention to the following clause 9 of our Conditions of Sale on our website and on the back of our invoice?
WARRANTY NEW GOODS. The Companys liability in respect of all goods supplied by it shall be limited to giving the buyer the benefit of any guarantee or warranty given by the manufacturer of such goods. The Company shall not be under any further liability howsoever arising and all conditions and warranties expressed or implied by or under statute custom or trade usage are hereby expressly excluded.
If you do decide to take the matter further i.e. via legal means, the following brief timeline of events may be helpful for all parties:
5.06.13 - REM Oasis styling and wall units ordered.
15.08.13 - Customer Service logged issues from backwash damaged footrest. Damage to REM 4 position island unit. Incorrect specification.
4.09.13 - Jimmy from REM visited and explained the order was built to the requested specification
912.13 Discussions with customer about compensation as an incentive to keep the REM units.
91.14 emailed offer of 800 to keep the units. No response.
6.02.14 SEC received letter requesting chargeback for their order. Letter sent to credit card company, say the goods are as the customer ordered.
28.01.14 sent out replacement shower heads for wash units.
24.03.14 Visited and greased backwash units
4.06.14 Sent replacements, grease and shower heads and 4 basin waste traps.
7 .07.14 Sent replacement control box backwash which is stuck in the up position (for customer to fit, at their own expense)
21.07.14 Visited. replaced backwash ceramic basin. Stained from tint chemicals. (little ceramic coating)
29.07.16 tried contacting original manufacturer in China without success, Paul at SEC emailed them again for help with remote control.
14.08.16 customer emailed to say, original China manufacturer is unable to help with remote control. Customer asking for replacement backwashes or alternative solution.
19.08.16 return email explaining the back wash units were purchased in 2013 and the warranty expired long ago. Not able to continue repairing them, however are willing to discount new REM units as a gesture of good will.
19.08.16 Customer requesting a reply with a solution within 10 days.
