I want to say a special special thank you to Adam mills what an outstanding sales representative I have not encountered anyone with such patience.....came home from a night shift I fell asleep and Adam was searching to find me the best deal, which I got There is not enough words to express how I feel today I am over the moon . Thank you Adam for your professional service this world need a lot more people like you. My car was delivered today and I am a happy customer. Thank you ingenio finance for trusting me .

I was sold a car by Adam at Ingenio finance. At first I was told I could not buy a car for less than 4K as they do not supply finance that small. I was then given many photos of cars from online when asked if I could see actual pictures of the cars I was given an excuse that these are there car but they are not online at that point. I found a car and agreed stupidly to purchase. After purchasing I went to we buy any car to value the car I had just bought. They values it at just under 4K I had finance for 8.1k. At that point I said I did not wish to go ahead but was told that I could only return the car if it was faulty. So I received my car it was faulty. However at this point the number for Adam had now blocked my calls and the number online on Google for ingenio finance does not connect. After looking closer at the document I received with my car I realised that it was sold to me for 6k leaving the question of where did that other 2k go. I have reported this company to trading standards. Do NOT trust this company.

Very positive experience. Was quick and efficient. Car that was sourced is excellent very good order throughout adam the account manager was very helpful. Interest rate is not as high as others I looked at. Woukd recommend.
