Ive been to Birmingham NEC and Leicester Athena Christmas parties for a few years now. My colleagues and I wont go anywhere else. The food is amazing, the entertainment is fab and its a really good value and fun night - we normally buy the unlimited drinks package. My team especially love the NEC with the fairground nights - an unforgettable night, you just cant beat it. The venue has a high-end quality feel to it with all the props and staging. Really missed our Christmas night our last year, fingers crossed for 2021 - well be there!

Booked a Christmas party ( been going past 10 years) and cannot explain the absolute rubbish that was provided Logged a compalint december 14th was told Emily Rutter would contact me back..no contact.. logged a second complaint .. she responded basically confirmed it was a shambles on their part but not willing to refund any of the money we paid bearing mind I spent in excess of 1500 Poor entertainment shows , poor food, staff member fell Due to the bathroom floors being wet through and hurt her knee ( member of team quickly put a wet floor sign out but failed to check my staff was ok) meals Coming out with parts missing , drinks being taken from our tables that we were still drinking. Poor DJ the list is endless this is a night we look forward to all year as we attend every single year Will be seeking legal advise and be taking to court for a refund seen as the company doesnt wish to address and solve the problem instead wants me to purchase tickets for this year ? Absolutely disgusting
