    I've been waiting for over a month for them to process a refund. The only explanation I received was that the refund didn't apply and no extra information on when it would happen.

    Two orders and neither received. Was told to "find it myself" after also being told by the courier (the equally inept Hermes) that I should speak to the seller as it's not down to them. Charming from both parties, avoid.

    Ordered slippers. Did not arrive, no indication of delivery time. Followed up, informed Evri (Hermes) delivered a week past, which they did not. Offered both Nest and Ring footage as proof. No picture nor GPS coordinates in the app (so Evri stole the goods again) which was also sent to company. Then told to search neighbors for mis-delivery. Said nothing they can do as Evri said it's been delivered. After much back and forth they sent me a disclaimer letter stating I have checked everywhere and will co-operate with police if needed before they would refund me. Utterly shocking basement company to deal with. Not only do they use Hermes but they have appalling customer services. Strongly suggest considering purchasing form another company. Posting here as the feedback was taken down on Amazon due to policy violation. Make of that what you will.
