The Masharani Practice

I have been with the surgery for only a couple of years and I have had issues every month from being mis informed about my conditions, I received a hospital letter confirm 1 thing , a text to say different and then a phone call to contradict both of those?!! I have had missing prescription items every month with out fail something is wrong, I received a patient summary and it has most of my diagnosis missing?!. Its a shambles!!!

If I could give no stars I would! Ring up for an appointment with suspected ear infection. Suffered for years with them and normally hospitalised with them. Told nothing till Friday or go sit in A&E! Ring back to be told we've got too many patients and no doctors for Lutterworth! That's great isn't it! Since covid the surgery has got absolutely ridiculous and is an embarrassment to our town! Moving GP to actually get a service! Think you need to have a sit down and have a good look at yourselves and see what you can actually do for our community, because at the minute you're failing it!

Very good care from the doctors that I have seen for my children over the last 2 years. Reception is always polite, the doctors are doing a wonderful job during times when nhs services are under a lot of pressure. Working within the nhs myself, I appreciate the team and the effort they all go through. Thank you

In my opinion, this is the loveliest GP surgery I've ever been to. They're friendly, super helpful and check in on you to make sure that you're okay. The aftercare is superb. It's always a pleasure coming to see the doctor and I always feel so well looked after. Dr Masharani and his team are excellent

Podiatry have no staff to process orders. So if you're waiting on anything don't ever expect to receive it.
