AML Valeting have produced and applied the van livery to our fleet of vehicles and were a pleasure to deal with. Anthony was thoroughly professional and was able to highlight potential problems with our original requirements and suggest workarounds to achieve the visual outcome that we wanted. It is not unusual for customers and the public in general to comment on the effectiveness of our vehicle livery and we have to attribute this to AML Valeting. We recommend his services to lots of clients, customers and friends and the feedback has always been excellent

In response to the inaccurate and bordering on libellous review above. "AML is a complete time waster. Doesn't confirm agreements, doesn't text locations, doesn't turn up, despite saying he would do all of those things." I confirmed to meet at your office, the same office where I have valeted 3 other cars for your colleagues and 2 doors down from where I valet a fleet of cars every week. I turned up at your office to be told by reception you weren't in, after waiting around for a while I left. It is you that waisted my time, you never told me you wouldn't be present at the office and I never heard from you again. In accordance with my cancellation policy I could have pursued you for full payment for wasting my time, not the other way round. Also in response to "doesn't text locations" I'm unsure what this means, I'm mobile and I arranged to valet your car at your office, which is obvious or I wouldn't know where your office is located! "How he is still in business, if in fact he is, I don't know" I am in business and you would know this as I work next to your office every week, just showing what a wildly inaccurate statement this is. "He quoted me a good price for a car carpet clean, which I suspect he later regretted. So instead of revising his price and putting it to me, he just said yes to everything and then didn't bother getting in touch or turning up." I quoted you the same price as all my customers, I don't know you and have no reason to offer you any discounts. Therefore I have no reason for me to 'regret' any price I have given you. I refer you to my first statement, I turned up at your office and you weren't there, wasting my time not yours. "so Total loser. Certainly lost my business." Personal insults hardly constitute an accurate review. So to anyone reading this, read my response and don't let this person put you off. In fact, give me a call and for yourself. How he is still in business, if in fact he is, I don't know. He quoted me a good price for a car carpet clean, which I suspect he later regretted. So instead of revising his price and putting it to me, he just said yes to everything and then didn't bother getting in touch or turning up. Total loser. Certainly lost my business. --Update-- Interesting response from AML. Usually folks would go about getting more recent good reviews, I would think. I'm sure AML feels better for getting that off his chest, but the fact he can't seem to remember the arrangements he made with me doesn't help his cause I'd say. I like the cancellation 'policy' - wait around for a while, leave no message, go away. If he'd left a message when he says he turned up perhaps we could have cleared this all up, and maybe I'd have got my car cleaned. My original review states the facts of what happened to me in dealing with AML, along with my feelings of being badly let down, and I stand by it. Hopefully his responses and dealings with other customers are better from this review experience.
