Overseas staff on 18th june I had an appointment my Reference No. 77965685 at 12.30 I had another appointment earlier Ref No 74709281 on 1.30pm at Redgrave Children and Young People Centre luton took all details to Register on NHS app I was asked to come again if its not updated so I had another appointment today 18th june 2022 overseas staff was very bad rude and aggressive and threatening me to leave the building instead of helping me to change the dates which they entered wrong there clerical mistake, but luckily there manager Angely came and apologised and as me to go back there again later but I am not really happy for the overseas staff services and there attitude they are getting paid to help the community and they are not there to be rude and to threatening the people instead of helping them on there mistakes I am very disappointed. Thanks for reading and give me suggestion how and where I can report this matter thanks again.

Had my 4th Covid injection, was so quiet, more staff than people. Good for me though as no wait!

COVID vaccination: Amazing highly charged team of individuals. Everyone is very helpful and welcoming. Had my pre booked booster jab in less than 10 mins. Even a old lady who stands outside guiding vehicles was soo much helpful and cheerful when it was chilly at 4 degrees. Nice work guys !

I visited here for booster vaccination. Limited parking space but the traffic management team is brilliant. Very friendly and supportive staff team.
