The response from the owner is laughable and NOT TRUE. NONE of the edits I requested were done! Please do not use this company, I don't want other brides to suffer the way I did at the hands of Justina and co. I didn't get any refund so my only reason for posting this is TO SAVE YOUR MEMORIES. Awful experience with this company. Missed so many important details of the day that are lost forever. Rude videographers that insisted on eating first hence missing out so much. Editing was even worse, a traumatic experience they either don't speak English very well or are incompetent (neither bodes well). I would ask for an edit and then it would be sent back only half done. Even sent me an email saying 'you will find this triggering' If you know I will hate it, why make it like that, why stick to the formula? It seems they are unable to do anything else. Really regret spending 2200 its like flushing money down the toilet. AVOID! I was NOT HAPPY with the final product (infact I asked them to just give up and not making an instagram video as the edits of everything else were so bad and of such poor quality) Nothing I asked for was done, this is either incompetence, a lack of English skill or an unwillingness to break away from the formula. Perhaps all 3? The guys on the day were rude insisting they ate first and this would explain why so many of the important details were missed out. I really hope other brides do not suffer at the hands of this company. Please read my review and take heart, I spent all that money for absolutely nothing. Its such a cop out to say 'the important thing is you're married now' A wedding and a marriage are qualitatively different and its a way of you saying your team failed me. The wedding being good or bad is nothing to do with the marriage, that's irrelevant to you. The only relevance is how poor the video filming and editing was. All that money for nothing. what a waste.

Justina was lovely...she captured our wedding beautifully and we are so happy we picked them to capture our special day!
