Sopra Steria UKVCAS Service Point

Appointment needed prior to attending. Small car park on the left as you enter which customers can use, but need to register number plate once inside on system. Once inside very quick.

Overall a quick experience. Here is some info I wish I had before arriving. There is no signage that says Sopra Steria or UKVI. It only says Regus. This is the correct building. There are limited guest/visitor parking spots. I ended up parking in a nearby parking lot of an empty building. However, once I entered the front door there was a receptionist and an Ipad that allows you to register your vehicle. The seating right when you walk in is the waiting area for Sopra Steria. Someone with a lanyard and list will come out to ask if you are there for your biometrics. The whole process didn't take long and the staff where friendly. Make sure you have all the required paperwork that your email tells you to bring with. Just down the road in the Capability Green business park is a Greggs if you fancy a donut and coffee before or after your appointment. Hope this helps.
