        Took my cavalier KC for a health check in order to obtain some Advocate. The nurse spotted an ear problem and asked the vet to see him. The whole process went smoothly and quickly and our dog is now on medication.

        Heather the nurse is the best. Me and my difficult little pup (40kg) really like her. Honest and a great vibe. Reception ladies are great too. The rest questionable really.

        Refused to see my dog for a simple consultation, insisted that I drive 45 miles to see the vet that he is registered at even though he is registered at Vets for Pets and has been to see Vets from the same brand at other locations before. They also suggested in seeing an out of hours Vet where the charge is usually 400 just for a consult, and that is during a cost of living crisis. They were not interested in putting the pet first. The Vet lobby was empty? There was no one in the treatment rooms, we just needed a simple 15 min consultation for some advice but were outright refused. Would not recommend as they do not have your pets interest as their highest priority.
