I recently visited Online MOT for my car's annual MOT checkup, and I must say that I am extremely impressed with their services. The booking process was extremely easy and convenient, and I was able to schedule an appointment both online and via the phone. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to ensure that I received great service. During the MOT, Shaf was thorough and efficient, and explained all the advisory notes to me comprehensively, which was very helpful. I found his explanations to be clear and informative, and I appreciated that he took the time to answer all of my questions. In addition, the waiting room was comfortable and clean, with a heater to keep me warm during the chilly day. The room also had a coffee machine with a variety of drinks available, and a clean toilet which was a nice touch. Overall, I highly recommend Online MOT to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy garage in Luton. Their services are top-notch, and their staff are friendly and knowledgeable.
