        Became a victim of attempted fraud, as received a fraudulent damage report, which I caught them out by driving 6 hours to Luton to take photographs of no damage to the car where they stated on report. Actually met Mo, Service Desk, when down there at 23:30, he apologised and agreed no damage was present during walk around and next day case was closed. I feel if I never went down to Luton, I would have no leg to stand on as it would be all on me to disprove via email, due to no staff time to complete the check in due to return time near closing at 6pm.
