the worst customer service ever. my colleague rented the car for short term lease. all payment were made on time. Tina the sales adviser threatened him cancelling hire with security team because the mileage was incorrect given to the insurance company. We have decided to terminate the hire on 29th July and get car from Enterprise. THEY DO NOT VALUE GOOD CUSTOMER

Nice reception but poor service if you're after a van in a hurry! You're not able to book a van at reception only on line, and you have to give at least 4 hours notice and you can't hire and get a vehicle after 2.00 pm. I wasn't impressed

The customer experience wasnt good the lady at the reception desk has not asked us of any information before saying that all the vans are fully booked she was very rude her attitude has made us leave straight away and never go back .
