        Do not use this company! Had a LWB van booked for 9 o'clock. When we arrived, the place was shut. We had to call multiple times before someone picked up the phone. We were told they were stuck in traffic and would be 5 minutes away. 50 minutes later they arrived only to find they did not have the van they had confirmed a booking for. We were told someone else was still using it for the next 3 weeks! When we asked why we had not been informed or why we had not received a phoencall to say they were running late, they had no response. Useless! Awful service!
