Avoid had my car 6 months and nothing but trouble engine light on and my mechanic said it has major problems which would cost 2000 to fix! I dont have a lot of money and have been totally scammed by this car dealership disgusting!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! 0 STARS This business MIDTOWN MOTORS is run by scam artists they will scam you like they did to me. These people at MIDTOWN MOTORS sell cars that have major problems to unsuspecting customers. I purchased a vehicle for a substantial amount from MIDTOWN MOTORS the vehicle had multiple problems which they hid from me. After less than two weeks the problems become apparent and the owner refused to help in any way. Which has left me no choice but to take legal action against MIDTOWN MOTORS Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Unfortunately, customer service doesn't exist. I've made around 15 phone calls, record message on voice mail, but no one never came back to me.

In January I bought a car from them, and after two weeks I realised that I need a bigger engine, as I needed to travel longer distances and when I call them to swap the car with another alternative, they accept without question and no admin fee was charged either. Which is great, I only paid the balance for the new car. After two and half months my job requirement changed and I no longer need to travel so I call to return it. Once again great and fast service, payment was processed on the spot with all the paperwork. I returned the car minus a few hundred pounds from the paid price which is understandable due to wear and tear but they were fair with it. I recommend them.
