Bought my lovely Vauxhall Mokka from Hatters last week and nothing but positive feedback for them. I traded in my old worse for wear Astra and they offered a very reasonable price for that to use as a deposit. They were very thorough with ensuring the new car was perfect before I collected, especially as I travelled 40+ miles to get to them there was one minor issue they found when preparing the new vehicle for me and they kept in contact with me until that had been resolved and they had thoroughly test driven the car so they knew it was 100% before I picked it up. The new car had been thoroughly cleaned, Im very very happy with it!

I purchased a Ford Galaxy back in August from Hatters. After going through the stressful process of looking at other dealerships that I wasnt happy with or were selling faulty cars, I was really pleased to come by hatters who were friendly, professional and had well cared for cars to sell. Unfortunately my car was written off after a few months and I wasnt looking forward to searching the market again knowing how stressful it was the first time. I didnt want to try another dealership so it was a no brainer to go back to hatters who thankfully had another Galaxy for sale and had also offered to try and find me another one if I wasnt happy with the one they had. Again they made the whole process smooth sailing and I will only go back to them in future! 5*
