Purchased a b-Class Mercedes for my mum through auto trader. These guys gave me a virtual tour of the car straight away, and I purchased without seeing it in person. They prepared the car, repairing a small scratch and putting a years MOT on it, and had it delivered to me in Kent within 3 days. Car is great, exactly as described, and the service I received was faultless. I don't often leave reviews, but when it comes to buying a used car, it's good to offer some insight.

First if buy from them be careful or avoid About 7 months ago i bought a car from them a Mercedes m class sliver if they take the time to read their reviews they know exactly which car I'm talking about. First day i got the car on my home the a light came on dashboard saying car overheating, called them straight away they said ok bring the car back we will to check on my way to them I've noticed there was something not right with the gearbox i said no no the car it's fine. Kept going back to them about the gearbox and everytime they say oh no there is no problem with the gearbox they even took to their mechanic garage and him his like poker player. Anyway at the end they said it's normal so i carry on driving it. Recently i decided to take it to Mercedes dealer. Shortly after dropping the car they called me and boom they said you gearbox is gone i was shocked i asked the Mercedes dealer how long you think this failure was in the car he they said for the gearbox box to be in this situation it was there for long time. And during those months i had the car i drive it once a week because i have company vehicle. Just one word for the dealer shame on you hope karma will get you
