    Seller charged me UK VAT on export to Norway, even though there is no VAT on export to non-EU countries. In addition I was charged 25 for "DHL next day delivery". The package got sent with Royal Mail and arrived after a week, send cost 9.99. I have sent 3 messages to the company without response. Stay away

    Appalling company! I purchased a new screen for my Samsung S4 yesterday based on their websites promise of next day delivery and stating at the top of their website ''It is business as usual for us''. Despite paying 7.99 for the shipping and placing my order in the morning well before their 4:30pm cut off time to receive the item the following day, I only received an order confirmation email and the phone screen was never dispatched. I rang Phone Parts this morning and their customer service was woeful, with the person on the phone blaming COVID and that their website states 3-5 days before dispatch of any orders. This is not the case as there is nothing on their website which states this, nor did it tell me this information on my order email! I first requested for a refund on the next day postage that I had paid for as they had broken their contract. The person I spoke to did not oblige and this time blamed the IT guy who was away at the time of the call for not updating the website. It's clear to see that Phone Parts were passing the buck and were unwilling to rectify the problem. Due to the above, I was left with no other choice but to ask for a refund on my purchase. This was the first time I shopped with this company and will be the last! From the false claims on their website of next day delivery, not receiving my order, and their complete lack of customer service, they do not deserve the trade. Steer well clear!
