        Called them to tell my internet keeps disconnecting they said its working when I am trying it them to tell it disconnects anytime and I cant tell when it disconnects they said I have to pay for router after been with them since 2018 very bad customer service I have to leave them and find somewhere else

        They phoned my elderly mother in law in Kirkcaldy Fife for electrical cover for 179should they really be phoning vulnerable people,to me they are praying on the elderly
