Terrible customer service. I have Just been told by the store in town mall about my signed and greed contract that they would no longer be able to uphold the terms and conditions agreed on the contract, as there has been a recent change of company policy. I was also told by the current store manager that if I wanted to continue my exiting contract, I would need to travel and speak to the previous store manager in person - who signed my contract when he was still present- in the St Albans Three store, as he was recently transferred there. Unbelievable that Three can not uphold the contract conditions that they themselves agreed to and signed off! I am definitely going to contact the complaints department about this.
