    I was using uber for my taxi transfers around Luton but on Eid the cost and availability of taxis on uber wasn't great so opted to try out this local taxi service. My first ride was good and the driver was lovely. It was even cheaper to use a local taxi compared to uber so decided to try out Circle Cars longer. This has quickly become the biggest regret of my life! The receptionists that pick up the calls are often rude. At first, I thought this was a one time thing so ignored it but it progressively got worse. To top it off, I had a very rude driver and this was my last straw [cab no.18]. I always request to pay by card when booking as I don't carry cash around. This was somehow not communicated to the driver when he accepted the job. We didn't communicate much during my ride but when I got to my destination and pulled out my card to pay the guy started shouting at me and was quite unpleasant. At the time, nothing really could be done so I asked for what the alternative would be as there were no cash machines next to my destination. And the solution was just a simple call to the company to send a payment link on my phone. Thankfully the person I spoke to over the phone was kind about it. However, the tone of the driver and the way he treated me as a customer was unfortunately my last straw. I'd rather pay more with uber and have courteous service than deal with the rudeness I endured, bearing in mind I was only just a new customer. It's really unfortunate as I don't think all drivers have the same attitude.

    Very rude guy over the phone - hang up with no explanation and keep disconnecting me when trying to book a taxi. Not recommended at all!!
