Very dissapointed. We meant to contact this surgery when our was closed. So we did, the doctor that called us back was useless. I couldn't finish the sentence without being interupted. Very, very bad people skills. It was one of the most awkward conversations i have had with a doctor. Doctor Saleh, or sth like that, sounded like an old guy. it is an example of in how bad state are GP surgeries these days. Luck of training, professionalism, people skills. It's sad to see these people only making money on the poorest and those most in need.

Very hard to get an appointment. They are not interested to provide medical support and its very clear from the way they were talking while asking for appointment

Best of luck if you are looking to book an appointment cause guess what they are always always fully booked for the day.

Extremely rude reception staff, not willing to listen or help when trying to set up after care resulting from a heart attack, moved GP and would really NOT recommend them!

Just been sat on hold for over 2 hours before giving up as had to go to work. Impossible to get an appointment for my dad (he's not able to do it for himself) Will have to do it all again tomorrow I imagine. Underfunding to NHS has only made the already dire situation even worse.
