        Very bad experience. Even though they replied my emails, i did not get the locator code of my lateral flow so I had to chase them , fortunately they replies softly however, the test did not arrive on time. I have been waiting for the test 4 days at home so I ended up buying another from another company. I feel totally disappointed and it was a waste of money

        Terrible experience. They couldn't provide Fit to Fly certificate in time and refused to refund my money. Never again.
