Was told it would be delivered on Jan 17th, but only the cleaning supplies delivered. Rang up to find it was sent to wrong distribution centre, then had been labelled as delivered so nothing had been done with it, then it arrived at the proper distribution centre damaged, had to wait for it to be fixed, delivery only offered on Tuesdays so still waiting for it to be delivered. The worst part, no proper complaints procedure, and the only way to get anything done was keep on ringing up week after week explaining the situation to a new person. Nightmare. Was told a couple of weeks ago a manager was meant to sort getting the system set up properly, get the sofa assessed and get it to me by feb 4th. Next time I called no one knew what "manager" had said this or was meant to sort this out. Finally got through to the manager of the store I'd bought from and say they'd try to sort out getting it to me today..... but all I have gotten is a message from the delivery people saying they will deliver it next week Tuesday. So that will be yet another weekend without a sofa. And with a recently sprained knee that needs to be put up this whole thing has been an ongoing nightmare.
