3rd party delivery of the store recommend him. I agreed price assume all good. He arrived and was frustrated as I helped him with a bad shoulder. Once sofa was in and he said it's complicated to fix and charge extra! This wasn't discussed before and charges. I want other people to be aware of this. I will report this to head office.
