Called in the morning to see if they could put a battery in my Tag watch which they could ..
My wife dropped the watch off that day, within under hour the watch has a new battery, added a new link into the strap and had a clean which makes the watch look & work like new!
*Added bonus the battery has a lifetime warranty.
