        It was closed during opening hours. There was no signage when staff would return. Mall security said they were closed because the staff member was on his own and went on a cigarette break. (?) When I went for the 2nd time he was not on his own and was rudely joking with his colleague. Very unprofessional, especially while serving a female customer. To top it off he said he could not help, even though I had the same repair carried out in one of the other Timpson branches before. Absolutely useless. I honestly do not know how some people keep their jobs. If there was an option to give 0 stars I would give 0.

        Got my car key fixed it was done perfectly, Isaac and Mark made me feel so comfortable and theyre so nice would definitely come back and I definitely highly recommend
