M & W Sewing Machine Services

I was very happy with the service provided by M and W sewing machine services. Mick was really knowledgeable and pleasant. We had good pre visit contact and he arrived when he said he would and got straight to work. Mick showed me which bits needed oiling and got the machine running smoothly again. The whole process took about an hour. He was tidy in his work and cleaned up as he went along. A really good experience.

Mick rescued my much loved 50 year old machine with a new pedal while I waited ( long journey) and I was even given coffee. Excellent service, well worth the trip.

First class service from Mick. Arrived exactly on time. Diagnosed immediately the issue. Had the spare part available and fitted it there and then. A fully service and a good chat, topped off with some great tips about my machine - a needle threader I dont know existed, the use of some fancy stitching. Its running like a dream now. Thank you Mick, what a lovely man you are.
