We received rewards coupon from subway and it dose mentioned the expire date is 16/04/2023 but the guy working yesterday ( 18/03/2023 around 19:00 ) is not aware of the reward Coupon and he did not even checked after taking this and said its not valid in a very rude manner as if we have asked him give a free sub.
There should a minimum customer service because getting into a role were your serving people in food industry.
Hope the manager of this subway need to teach their staff how to behave while serving a customer even they buy something for 1 it matters.
We are regular customers for subway but will never go to this place again.
