Bennett unit OT & PT are really good can't fault them, clean and bright unit, my mum was not mentally in a great place, so when she was readmitted to hospital due to infection I was hopeful she would go back, well the nurse was not happy having her back & certainly voiced her displeasure. I understand my elderly mother is getting over covid 19 & I don't expect to get her anger thrown at me. The work I've seen there appears good, but it didn't benefit my mother, a little bit more compassion would be nice to clients and relatives as we are trying to do whats best for our mother. Up till six weeks ago she was walking and now can barely stand, its like she's been written of her behaviour yhey need to see through that. As a retired theatre sister I would never of talked to patients or relatives the way the nurse did on benitto unit at Capwell Grange Karen

I reviewed Capwell Grange Luton a couple of days after my mother was taken there following a fall. I had read one or two negative reviews and on arrival after a day or so it was obvious that these were far from being the truth. Mum goes home tomorrow after 4 weeks. Our experience has been nothing but exemplary. All of the staff are committed carers, the food is very good, the property smart and clean. Attention to detail is paramount. The venue is extremely well managed and the balance of care and administration is spot on in my opinion. Thank you so much all of you at Capwell you should all be extremely proud of yourselves.
