We ordered for collection. My wife went inside to take the order, food (shahi paneer) was really oily and tasteless, this is the 3rd time we were disappointed. We immediately rang restaurant that the food is really oily but chef gave silly reasons saying thats how its made, you should have mentioned to put less oil if I did not mention that doesnt mean you will pour whole bottle of oil. I feel really bad for them, I have read there just eat reviews and it sounds like the person who is replying from their restaurant to customers is very rude.. they dont care about the reviews. Made biggest mistake for the 3rd time. NEVER AGAIN

Went to this place only because my colleague recommended me to go and give it a chance even though i warned him its not going to be great. I was right. Some reason they thought it was ok to mop the floor with bleach during serving time - had to ask them twice to move the mop bucket full of bleach. The food was below standard and service was terrible.

So,we ordered 2 shawarmas with chips (there was option to take pita bread instead of fries but they say not available) then literally i got 2 tiny pieces of meat and the rest were fries in the box and also in another shawarma i got 2 small hairs( i forgot to take photos i was shocked about there food and service i am now feeling sick after having the food) and also i ordered 2 cans of drinks which in menu was 1 each but the guy charged me 1.5 each the guy who made shawarma was obviously not hygienic foods were awful quantity and i dont wonder why its always empty even one of friend told me same about this place after when i told what happend to me ..they are dodgy about price when you dont notice they charge you extra just avoid this place horrible service,no one bothered to come at our table while the restaurant was empty we had to wait alot to pay standing at their counter while they were busy inside the kitchen talking!! it was total ripoff,rude and unhygienic staffs..
