Graham was initially recommended to support a conference we were hosting, a first for us at the time. I had heard good things about Graham's training skills, so invited him to join a media training day I was putting on. Graham took charge of our radio interview sessions, and ... wow! It was like having a more youthful John Humphries in action. Graham put the directors through their paces and left them with a deeper understanding of the needs of the journalist and how to avoid a few of the pitfalls. Highly recommended.
