        Booked in for a meal at 8 pm. as no earlier slots were available. Long wait to get the order taken. The food was excellent. However, Q'd up to order dessert before 9pm. However, by the time we were actually served, the kitchen was closed, and we were unable to have dessert. The staff were obviously short staffed, apparently due to illness.
