When I first started my therapy I was very skeptical as I was in such a low place. I thought it wouldnt work but after my sessions and going through so much. I am leaving therapy feeling a lot happier , with the tools to keep on track. I would advise anyone who needs help but feels it wont help to reach out and try therapy I am leaving In a completely different place I started and thats all thanks to my therapist and there treatment.
