Janka helped me a lot to get my confidence back and value myself more, i was at a point where things couldnt get any worse, esp dealing with trauma and issues from the past (plus dealing with lockdown) It took me couple of months to get to a better version of me as i could feel janka energy and strong personality which inspired me to stand on my own feet and be more positive and also see the good side of everything.
