The agency consultants were well advised that we were travelling from another city to view the property, and they called only 3mins before the viewing to confirm that the viewing was canceled as the property was already rented early on the day. They should care about the time people invest in booking these viewings.

Terrible staff. The owner Ivan is extremely dismissive and does not take any complaints from tenants. I was told I could pay a deposit of 250 to secure my room, I did and they did not contact me further. Weeks go by I called them and they told me that my room was given to someone else. Staff are not polite at all. The owner believes that there is nothing wrong with the company and everything wrong with the customer. Would not recommend anyone to deal with the property manager Ivan. They only care about money.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The rooms were clean. I highly recommend this accommodation for anyone !

I wouldnt recommend this company at all. I had rented a flat with them and they never took care of fixtures and would only provide temporary solutions. They charged me extra for heating which came as a surprise after the agreement was signed (and this extra payable charge wasnt mentioned on the contract). They clearly have so not know how to stick to contract terms and conditions and now that Ive raised the issue with Ombudsman they have come asking me to resolve with them. If youve been cheated by them definitely go to Ombudsman and seek to claim part of your rent back as that is legal and on your contract.
