        If it was possible to give no stars I would. As a resident of a property that HML Luton maintain they are useless. Unanswered emails, phone calls not returned wrong or misleading information given, incorrect contracts awarded to contractors, the list goes on. Then you are expected to pay for their incompetence and mistakes. Avoid if you can.

They're all passionate about their work and genuinely want to improve the living environments of the residents who fall under their care.
