        Very easy move in process and friendly staff!! Responds promptly to any maintenance issues .

        Absolutely unwelcoming and unaccommodating. They don't do virtual viewings, weekends or viewings outside 10-4.30 hours. I was told on the phone that they could accommodate me during lunch time in the weekdays, and with greta difficulty, when I managed to get a slot for tomorrow, I was told they can only do 3-4pm as they would have to travel from Luton to Watford. What is the point in having properties to show in Watford if you can only work according to your convenience. Truly upsetting. Definitely wouldn't recommend. Horrible experience
