        Im council tenant, currently sat in freezing cold house as my boiler is broken, despite calling them last week to report and request repair, no one has turned up, ive rang a few times, and again at 7pm, only to be told someone might turn up tomorrow not 1 of my calls were logged and no repair booked, the only record of my calls logged was when I called on day 6 to find out when it will be repaired, absolutely disgusting to leave people with no heat or hot water for almost 7 days
