        4 mins till opening time and told to stand outside and wait to be called in. I have never heard of anything so ludicrous in my life. I felt sorry for the elderly gentleman who was told to wait outside. Very poor customer service. Especially as only two of us needing to use the services.

        Very poor customer services- the lady barely knows what she is doing. Her attitude is disgusting, difficult at times when its not even needed. I spoke quite politely only to have her be aggressive towards me. Normally its quite good, however after this experience would avoid.
