1 the receipt my grandma got had no reference number, it doesn't matter if I want to track it or not my mum needs a reference number and I don't have it meaning she can't get it :/ also the insurance is mad expensive there too

Prepare thyselfthey dont care. Their hours on google and on their windows are wrong. They work half days on Saturdays You wont find that information out, until youre inconvenienced. If you inquire, remember.they dont care. If you call for assistance, they are rude and dismissive. They will not help in any way, and will develop a bad attitude remarkably fast. This may surprise you.but remember they dont care.

Would be 0 is that was an option.Disrespectful & rude staff member with childish behaviour & is NOT the first time , she refused to accept 2 coin just because it looks a bit old saying that "I don't like it" .

Would be 0 is that was an option. Used the post office to renew passports as I wanted it all done properly and checked. Well, I should have just done it online myself. The photos were rejected as the lighting wasn't good enough(taken the by the staff member in post office). Documents weren't checked properly and some were missing, which I wasn't told was needed. The overall service was so unorganised and no privacy when giving personal information as it was done at the counter so everyone could hear. Was made to feel like I was putting them out by requiring a service which they provide. Definately wouldn't use this service again and wouldn't recommend.
