Kimpton Road Post Office

these are thieves and do not send the item through their postal service I lost three packages and one package opened and taken three items

Disgustingly rude staff. Went there to deposit some money at the post office counter and I had a old 20 note they said they cant take. However on the official post office website it states their branch does take and exchange old 20 notes. The staff member told me No means no even after I should him the post office website stating they do. Will be making an official complaint.

Twice i have been here to use post office services and although online and the door say post office closes at 7 and its just gone 6 and guess what its closed. Staff wouldnt open to serve me so taking even though 4 workers busy chatting behind counter

Rude staff, avoid if you can. Went to send a letter and check 5 lottery tickets if i won, he refused to serve me because i should only give him the one i won? He was very rude, told me to go because apparently i am wasting his time and he has customers waiting. If I didnt have a husband waiting with I would have asked for a manager but i was in a rush. The guy that served me was chatting with another guy behind the counter in their language and didnt even bother with customers. Agree with other reviewers, seems that customer services and politeness are are not the standard in the shop.
