        Called Ed as a last minute cry for help after being let down, not only did he turn up when he said he would, identified the problem swiftly, but also sourced the part required and replaced it all in the same day. Thats good I hear you say, but he was better than that, as I didnt call him until 15:00 hours, and I now have hot water again in just a couple of hours. Fair rates, very pleasant guy, and would definitely recommend and use him again. Thanks Ed
