Daniel and his team have been amazing- from start to finish- and beyond!! They completed 3 bathrooms for us and they all look beautiful- Daniel and his team did not leave until everyone was 100% happy. Because of the size of the job they were in our home for quite a few weeks but were always polite, friendly, professional and respectful- I really could not have asked for more. Our home is of an age where things are beginning to fall apart a bit, so we have had a couple of issues since they left - but not to do with them or their work, but we have contacted Daniel for help- because we trust him- pretty rare sadly these days. He has sorted things for us- not his problems, but he is a good person- thank you!!! We would recommend Daniel, Elite Plumbing and Construction and anyone they recommend who works with them. We chose EPAC initially because of the people who came to quote for the job, Dan was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable. Their price wasn't the cheapest but I think you get what you pay for. Their work didn't disappoint. The bathroom is exactly what we wanted. The tiling is perfect. Mark is a true expert at this. The rest of the fit looks excellent too. Every member of the team who came to the job was friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Issues (which will always arise no matter the job) were resolved promptly and with a smile. I trusted the team to have access to the house when I wasn't around which I wouldn't do with just any tradesman. They turned up on time when they said they would and worked incredibly hard a day. I've never known tradesman work so late into the evening. If you need a bathroom refit done then you can't hi wrong with Dan and his team.
