*****AVOID***** Customer service is terrible. I ordered a cornflake tart and custard, which had hardly any custard and it was thick and curdling. The young boy was sitting down eating when I went in to complain of my dessert. I was asked if I want another or my money back. To which I responded another. He stopped eating did not wash his hands went in the freezer took out a cornflake tart put it in the microwave with again hardly and custard so I asked for more. To which he begrudgingly gave. He used his bare hands to tell if it was cooked by dipping his knuckle in and packed it up to go. Its safe to say I wish I had just accepted the refund. I will never return they dont care about there customers. The location for a driver is awful, no parking. Downtown are tax evaders who accept, cash only! This is only known to you when you arrive to collect and not over the phone when you place the order. Most law abiding companies post pandemic want you to pay by card/contactless. Parking: None available

I ordered a Big American waffle for collection and they gave me this! The waffle is burnt on the sides without cookies and cream for 9..and when I arrived the shop had a closed door.. I called and after they gave me the order and then they locked door.
